Text Box: Rental Deposit - $400.00 ($200.00 upon contract agreement - $200.00 within 6 weeks) 
				 Balance of Hall Rental must be paid 90 days prior to the Event Date (Excluding Soda & Bar charges).
All rental deposits are non-refundable
Banquet Hall Rental Prices – All prices are for an 8 hour rental – additional hours can be negotiated with the Hall Coordinator.

Sunday thru Thursday ( Wedding Reception and Organizational prices are not inclusive.)

What is included in this rental fee:
•	Set up / Tear down
•	Clean up
•	On-site manager
Soda / Bar Charges (5 hours – additional hours can be negotiated with the Hall Coordinator).
$2.50 per person – Additional charges for Bartender(s). Bartenders must be used if alcoholic beverages or the soda system is used at the event.
What is included in this charge:
•	Cups
•	Ice
•	Mixers
•	Soda
•	Juices (orange and cranberry) 
•	Napkins
•	Stirrers
•	Garnishes (lemons, limes and cherries)

***All alcoholic beverages must be supplied by the renter***

Methods of Payment:
Acceptable forms of payment are Cash, Check, Master Card, Visa, Discover or Money Order. All forms of payment must be to “Greenock Volunteer Fire Company”.
